I ordered this in a 14 for my size 14 wife. She fit the size chart as well and despite all that, it's a little tight. Not unwearable, but certainly snug.
Aside from that, the dress is very pretty. The color is not as "dusty blue" as the images show, but more of a muted, dull blue. It'll be fine though, and the lace outer layer is a very nice tough.

This dress fit nicely. I don��t feel like it gave me a nice shape. It was a little too short for me. The material feels nice.
