How to Return?

1. Email us at to process a return or exchange.
2. We will then provide return address, and instructions.
3. Call the post office to arrange a pick up or drop off via tracked delivery at your most convenient post office.
4. Send us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).
5. Upon receiving your return, immediate refund/exchange will be processed.
Please note:
  • Return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; delivery charges are also nonrefundable.
  • Returns and exchanges must be posted within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • All returns must be received in their original condition(unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached.

  • Please contact us to receive the return address.
  • Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package or our business address on our page.
  • These are not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • You should only send it to the address we have provided for you.
  • Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchange on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements before ordering.


All our custom size items are made-to-order, please refer to our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
  • Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 30% refund + shipping fee.
  • Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.If you would like to cancel your order, please login to My Orders, select the order you need help with, and request cancellation.
    More information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:
    • Refunds will take around 3-5 business days.
    • Exchanges will be shipped after 24 hours of processing.
    • Ever-Pretty is not responsible for return lost by couriers. Please note that if you did not use the discount code when placing the order, we will not refund the discount amount of the code after delivery.
