This was not what I was expecting. The gold is very shiny foil and a lot of it. From the online images I thought the detailing was more ivory or a softer gold. It’s a lot of gold. As for the fit, I’m typically a size 20 dress and this size 22 did not fit. But I am keeping the dress as a back up because I expect to lose weight. With that said, it’s a good fit for my large bust. The sleeves come down to cover my upper arms and I know that when I do fit into it, it will be very comfortable . I’m just so uncomfortable with all the gold.

I needed a fancy dress for a formal event we were going to. Being a curvy girl (5’5”, 200 lbs), I wasn’t sure I could find something that would look good on me. I am SO glad I went for this because not only did I love the way it fit and looked on me, but absolutely everyone at the event commented on how gorgeous this dress was (“that’s definitely your color,” “how cute do you look?!”, “Wow! I mean, just, wow! look at you!”…these are just some of the comments that made me smile that night). Now, my only dilemma is finding other places to wear my new favorite dress!!😀
