Ever Pretty takes only 35-38 days to make the customized dress and 6-10 days to ship your customized dress! This makes the whole shopping experience for formal gowns more convenient and efficient.

Customized dresses are made specifically to the measurement you provided. Therefore, returns are not accepted on customized dresses. Please double check your measurements before ordering.

All our custom size items are made-to-order, please refer to our cancellation policy below:

• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

• Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 30% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.

• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
