1. Can I checkout as a guest?

Yes, we allow guest checkout for your convenience. However, we recommend that you create an account when purchasing so that you may easily locate any past order information should you need it. Additionally when you register, your account will be preloaded with 100 reward points.

2. How do I place an order ?

Ordering with Ever-Pretty is now easier than ever before! Simply browse the website and find the items you are interested in. Once you’ve found an item you would like to purchase, select the size, color, and quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button. The item will then be stored in your shopping cart and you can either check out from there or continue shopping and add more items. In your shopping cart you will be able to easily adjust quantities or delete any items prior to checking out.

3. What are the payment options?

You may pay by either credit card or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards. You can also checkout with Amazon Pay. You may also redeem gift cards and store credit for either partial or total payment of your order.

4. What is the estimated time for delivery?

If your shipping address is within the US the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2-7 business days. If you select 2nd Day Air at checkout, delivery is guaranteed by end of day on the 2nd business day. Orders ship from Irvine, CA, USA.

If your shipping address is outside the US, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International which delivers within 6-10 business days.

5. Do you ship to non-US addresses?

Yes, we ship worldwide. The only exception is that we cannot ship to Brazil or Argentina as they do not allow US imports.

6. Do you ship to US territories, PO Boxes, and military addresses?

7. What is the return policy?

We hope you love your Ever-Pretty dress but we understand that shopping online can pose challenges when it comes to clothing. If your dress didn’t work out, didn’t fit, or wasn’t what you were expecting please contact us ASAP (855-377-3889 or 714-508-8118) to initiate the return or exchange process. Please view the detailed return information here.

8. Can I exchange my item for a different size/color/dress?

Yes, yes, and yes! We are happy to assist you in exchanging your product if the original item did not work out. Please just contact our customer support team at 855-377-3889 or 714-508-8118 or via email at [email protected] to begin the exchange process.

Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of your order date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer but the exchange is shipped back to you free of charge. If you want to exchange for a different item we recommend that you return the original item for a refund/store credit and place a new order for the new item. You can request that the refund in this case is applied as store credit so that it is available for immediate use.

Our exchange process is very quick (typically about 1.5 weeks!) but if you need the dress for a specific event please let us know so we can ensure arrival prior to your event.

9. Can you ship my exchange to a different address?

Yes, please let us know when you request the exchange if you need the exchange shipped to a different address from your original order.

10. How does the sizing work?

The sizes displayed on this site are US sizes. All of our dresses are also labeled with AU/UK sizes as we do ship internationally. You will see both the US and UK/AU size on both the interior and exterior tags of your dress.

11. How do I know what size will fit me?

In order to select the size that will be the best fit please reference the size chart on the product page. All of our products have a unique size chart that is specific to each individual style so please reference the size chart for the specific dress you are interested in.

Please remember it is always easier to take a dress in than to let it out so we recommend going up one size if you land between sizes based on your measurements. Please visit this page for instructions on how to measure.

Should the size you order not fit you, exchanges are quick and easy.

12. How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging into your Ever-Pretty account or by contacting us at 855-377-3889 or 714-508-8118.

13. What should I do if I receive a damaged/incorrect item?

Ever-Pretty always thoroughly inspects our merchandise prior to shipping; however, mistakes do happen. If you feel a mistake has been made on your order please contact us at [email protected] or call us toll free at 855-377-3889 so we may resolve for you immediately.

14. How can I cancel or make changes to my order after it is placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order after you have paid please contact us ASAP (855-377-3889 or 714-508-8118) so we can make changes before the order is processed. Once the order has shipped we are no longer able to make changes.

Please feel free to return your item once you receive it. Please note that if you refuse the delivery of your package we will not be able to reimburse you for these shipping charges.

15. Why does my tracking number not show any information?

Please allow 24 business hours for your tracking information to update. If it has been 24 business hours since you received your tracking number and you still do not see updated tracking information please contact us immediately at 855-377-3889 or 714-508-8118.

16. Do you charge sales tax?

8% sales tax is charged on orders being shipped within California, USA.

17. When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are processed within 24 business hours of receiving your return in our warehouse back to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please be aware that it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for the return to post to your account depending on your bank/credit card company.

18. Do you have any coupons available?

Coupons are released randomly throughout the year. In order to make sure you receive these exclusive coupon codes please make sure you subscribe to our mailing lists and/or follow us on social media.

19. How do I buy wholesale?

To buy wholesale you must be a brick and mortar store with a valid resale license. Please visit efashiongirl.com for more information.

20. Do you have any store locations?

Ever-Pretty is an online only company so unfortunately there are no Ever-Pretty stores you can visit. 

21. How do I purchase a gift card?

You may purchase a gift card on this page. All Ever-Pretty gift cards are electronic gift cards meaning that the redemption information will be emailed to the recipient so that they can redeem online.

22. What are your business/customer service hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST. We are closed on weekends and major federal holidays. Any inquiries received on days we are closed will be answered in the order it was received on the following business day.

23. How can I contact you?

24. Can I place an order over the phone?

Ever-Pretty is an ecommerce business so unfortunately we cannot take credit cards or orders over the phone. Please call us at 855-377-3889 or 714-508-8118 and we will be happy to assist you in placing your order.

25. How often are new styles added to the site?

We receive shipments of new and replenishment product at least once per month.

26. How can I change my account password?

If you know your current password please log into your account and select “Account Information” then check the box stating “Change Password.” Then you will be able to input your new password.

If you do not know your current password, please click on the “Log In” link in the upper right hand corner of the website. Once on that page please click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the email address associated with your account and the reset password instructions will be emailed to you.

27. Will I receive email confirmations once my order is completed and shipped?


28. Do you allow price adjustments?

Items are eligible for price adjustments within 2 days from your order date. If you have requested a price adjustment on your order the item is no longer eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange. Price adjustments are only available on full price items in the case of the item price decreasing not due to coupons released after the order.This means that a price adjustment cannot be combined with a coupon that was released either before or after the item price change. If you bought a dress yesterday at full price and applied a coupon but the dress dropped in price today, you cannot have the price drop + that coupon adjusted.

29. Do you offer overnight shipping?

No, we do not typically offer overnight shipping due to the high cost. However, if you desperately need the dress and are willing to pay the $70+ shipping charge (for 1 dress) then please contact us at 855-377-3889 or 714-508-8118.

30. Do you offer gift wrapping/gift receipts?

No, unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer gift wrapping or gift receipts.

31. What is My Dressing Room?

My Dressing Room is the Ever-Pretty version of a wish list or favorites. Simply click the hanger/heart icon on the dress image and that item will be added to your Dressing Room. Once in your dressing room you can add comments and email to friends whether it’s for bridesmaids, gift ideas, or style advice. Once you’ve made your decisions on which styles make the cut you can either delete them from the Dressing Room or add them directly to your cart from the Dressing Room.

32. How do I change currency/switch between sites?

When you first visit the site you will be directed to the most relevant currency based on your IP address location. If you’d like to switch between sites please change the currency in the upper right of the page. Please be advised that changing currency will also change the location your order will ship from.

33. Are any items final sale?

Yes. Select clearance items are final sale. All items that are final sale will say so within the product description. Please make sure you look for this sentence before purchasing.

34. Do you carry petite, plus, or juniors sizes?

No, all sizes are women’s sizes.

35. Can you custom make your dresses?

No. All of our products are made in our factory overseas and arrive ready to wear. We cannot make any alterations to our designs.

36. I gave a dress as a gift. Can they return/exchange the dress?

Yes, as long as you have provided them with the original order number we are happy to process an exchange on their order. Please be aware that a refund would automatically be processed to the original method of payment. We cannot refund a different card than the one used to place the order. We can refund to store credit if you prefer. We cannot return or exchange any items without the original order information.
