This is a super pretty dress, the fabric is lovely and soft and it has a really nice sheen to it. I love the way it is cut and the ruffle wrap front and cascading cap sleeves makes it look even more feminine. This dress is advertised as a Bridesmaid dress, however, it could be worn for any nice occasion. The fabric flows nicely and is not too lightweight so it doesn't cling.
The dress has padded cups which is always a plus, but it's only lined from the waist up. As far as the fit is concerned, it is a little on the snug side, I would definitely consider sizing up, especially if your measurements are close to what's shown in the size chart.
So overall I feel it offers reasonable value for money.
