It was an amazing dress, loved it however I had to return it as I’ve rushed ordering and it was too light for a wedding guest outfit although I loved it. I did order the navy one as couldn’t keep both but for a next occasion I will definitely get this dress.

I have a few pieces from Ever-Pretty, and they never fail to impress. This is affordable special-occasion fast fashion done right, and this dress is no exception. It is very well made and fully lined inside, with nicely finished construction and seams. This dress is really all about the little details. The sequins feel secure, don’t snag easily. The sleeves have a beautiful lace edging detail, and the empire waistline has a gorgeous lace ribbon detail that gives the dress a very finished, polished look. The material of the skirt falls softly and has a nice flow when I walk and the fabric is breathable and feels very lightweight. It doesn’t wrinkle when you sit on it. The skirt liner is covered by a couple layers of very soft tulle, and the outer tulle layer is pleated, which adds pretty visual interest. The zipper is long enough that the dress is easy to get into, though it is a little difficult to pull up the zipper by myself and it catches slightly. I’m not overly concerned about it, but it is worth noting. The top has a structured bodice that curves very femininely around the chest area. The lace at the top will show bra straps through it, so you will either need a bra close to the dress color or a strapless bra. For reference, I am 5’3”, 151 lbs, and a B cup.The length is long on my shorter frame and hits at the bottom of my calves, but I think this style is flexible enough that it looks beautiful at any length. The overall cut of the dress is forgiving and versatile, it should work for a variety of body shapes. I ordered the black colorway, and the black is dark and deep. That is a little on the higher end for a fast fashion dress, but still within what I consider an acceptable value for the quality and details. My only criticism is that it isn’t available in a wider variety of colors; however, it is undeniably a beautiful, well-made dress, and I highly recommend it.

This dress is gorgeous. So well made, upscale materials, not flimsy and cheap like other dresses I ordered and sent back. I am wearing it to a Gala Event coming up. It is sophisticated and classy. True to size, it actually fit like it was made for me. It still shows curves, but glides over any imperfections. It really is stunning.. Looks better in person than in pictures.
