On this most recent trip Larisa traveled to the city of Cagliari, which is the capital of the island of Sardinia, an autonomous region of Italy. An ancient city with a long history, Cagliari is now a regional cultural, educational, political and artistic center. The city is known for its diverse Art Nouveau architecture and several monuments.
