Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

It is our hope that you love your Ever-Pretty dress but we understand that shopping online can pose challenges when it comes to clothing. If your dress didn’t work out, didn’t fit, or wasn’t what you were expecting please contact us ASAP to initiate the return or exchange process.

Returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days (1 month) of the date of your order. To ensure that your return is received on time we highly recommend that you contact us within 15 days of receiving your item.

When you contact us to notify us that you wish to return your item we will issue you a unique RMA number to identify your return. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the package when you return the dress. Any package returned without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be automatically refused by our returns department.

We will not accept any return received in our warehouse after 30 days from the date of your order.

All returns must be received in their original condition with tags attached. Any item received with tags removed, stains, odors, animal hair, or any other sign of wear and tear will be refused and not refunded.

For your convenience, we are happy to provide a return label for your return of up to 3 dresses. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer not to use our label you can return the dress using any carrier you choose at your cost. Ever-Pretty is not responsible for returns lost by the carrier so please make sure you get a tracking number for your parcel.

Once a return has been received, refunds will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment. If you wish to receive store credit instead please notify us when you request your RMA. If you opt to receive store credit, this cannot be redeemed for cash at a later date.

If you are returning for a refund, we will process your refund within 24 business hours of receiving your return. Please note it can take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank/credit card. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Items not eligible for a refund:

-         All shipping charges

-         All Clearance items (the product description will say if the item is final sale)

-         Any items not received within 30 days of the date of your order

-         Items not received in their original condition and/or items with tags removed

If you’d like to return your item for an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help! Please contact us ASAP by emailing [email protected] or calling 855-377-3889 or 714-508-8118. The first part of the process is the same as returning for a refund. Once you contact us we will issue you a unique RMA number to identify your return. Once we receive your return in our warehouse we will ship your exchange within 24 business hours. Exchanges are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which typically delivers within 2-3 business days. Generally you will receive your exchange back within 1.5 weeks of when you ship the original dress back to us but if you are concerned about receiving the exchange by a specific date please let us know when you receive your RMA so we can ensure its speedy delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping but we ship the exchange back to you free of charge.

Please note that returns of 5 pieces or more on a single or multiple orders will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
