United StatesMaterial was comparable to the price of the dress . I weight 190 lbs 5ft 6inches I am smaller on the top than the bottom so I usually size dress to fit the lower portion of my body and then do alteration on the top. I ordered a size 16 , I could have ordered a 14 . It did not matter much as the dress style is lose fitting.
