Our Return Policy guidelines are as follows:

1, you must email us within 3 days from receipt of your item, stating the problem of the received goods, and reason of return.

2, Item must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days from the date you received it. We are not responsible for lost of return item so we suggest you insure your package.

3, Item must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear or smoke.

4, A sheet with your user ID, order no, and reason of return reason MUST be enclosed with your item. We could not identify your returned item by your name and address.

5, When we receive your package you will receive an email with a Promo Code for the amount of your store credit for you to use on your next order.

Your Promo Code is good for 90 days. Your credit will be the purchase price you paid excluding all shipping and handling charge.

You must input your promo code before you pay for your new order. Your returned items will be inspected and if there are signs of wear or smoke, your item will be mailed back, no exceptions!
