return policyEver Pretty Return PolicyWhile it is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Ever-Pretty purchase, we encourage you to contact us if you’ve experienced any issues. We will strive to sort your problem out as best we can and as efficiently as possible. We have simplified our return policy and ask that you adhere to the following steps: 1. You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please describe the problem and the reason for the return.2. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of initial receipt of your order. Ever-Pretty is not responsible for returns that we don't receive and we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.3. We will only accept items returned in their original condition, meaning no tears, no wear and no odors.4. All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), which will be furnished by email in reply to your notification of your intent to make a return. Returns without an RMA # will not be processed.5. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.6.
