1. Can I place an order without registering?

You cannot place an order without registering. We require registration for your order because your account is preloaded with a $10 credit you can use on your first order. Additionally as you place orders you will accumulate more credit. Plus by logging into your account you can easily check the status of any past or pending orders. 2. How do I place an order ?

To place an order please log into your account.

Then add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

Once all the items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart please click “Proceed to Checkout”.

On the next page you will enter your shipping address. Please select your country before attempting to select your state.

The next page will ask “How would you like to Pay?” To pay using your PayPal account or any major credit card please select the “PayPal” option. The credit option refers to Ever-Pretty credits and gift cards and will only be selected if your credit total is enough to pay for your entire order. Once you have selected your payment method, please click “Continue”.

The next page will say “Review Your Order”. On this page please make sure that all your order information (product quantities and sizes, shipping address, shipping method) are all correct. On this page you may enter any promo codes you may have in the box labeled “Gift Cards & Promotional Codes.” If you have any Ever-Pretty credits you would like to apply to your order please enter the amount of credit in the “Credit Discount” box.

If all the information is correct on the “Review your Order” page please click the button that says “Place your Order”.

If you are paying with PayPal or a credit card you will be directed to PayPal to complete your payment. If you have a PayPal account please just log in and complete payment. If you do not have a PayPal account you will select the option that says “Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay with card instead” and you will enter your credit card information.

You will receive an on screen confirmation and an email confirmation that your order has been completed and paid for.

3. What are the payment options?

You may pay for your order using your PayPal account, your credit card, or Ever-Pretty credits. All credit card payments are taken via PayPal, they are the secure 3rd party that processes our payments. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout; you may simply checkout as a guest and pay using your credit card.

4. How long is the delivery time?

Express usually takes about 5-10 working days to arrive, while air mail takes about 3-6 weeks to arrive.

8. Why was my credit card declined?

Your credit card may have been declined for a variety of reasons, please check below for the most common and double check that you have entered all your information correctly.

  1. Please check your account balance as it may not have sufficient funds to complete your purchase.
  2. Please check the required information, such as your credit card number, CVV2 number, billing address, etc.
  3. Please check your card type to ensure that it is accepted by our system.
  4. Have you recently moved? If your billing address has not been completely updated to your new address this could cause your card to be declined.

9. I made an order, but I did not pay for it right away. How can I pay for it later?

Please log into your Ever-Pretty US account. Click on “My Orders,” then click on “Awaiting Payment Orders.” This will pull up any pending orders you have created that are awaiting payment. To the right of the order number will be a link that says “Pay Now”, please click that link. This will pull up your order details, please review to make sure your order information is correct. If everything is correct please scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the button that says “Pay”. You will then be directed to PayPal to complete your payment. Please see our Payment Methods page for more information.

10. Do you have a catalog?

No, we do not have a physical catalogue. All of our products can be viewed directly on the pages of us.ever-pretty.com.

11. How can I calculate the shipping cost?

For all orders we offer free shipping for the dresses 30+ by First Class Shipping (it is called “ Airmail” , when you choose shipping method). It usually it takes about 20-40 days to arrive.

Express as fast delivery choice, and our Express shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. We charge actual shipping rates that are calculated automatically when the order is placed. Express takes about 5-10 days to arrive.

13. How do coupons work?

  1. You may receive a coupon code through our promotional emails, social media outlets, or bloggers we partner with.
  2. Any limits on their use plus expiration dates will be posted with the coupon code. Coupon codes will not be accepted after they have expired nor are they valid on previous purchases.
  3. Please use your coupon during the specified date.

15. I like a dress on the site, how can I ensure it will fit me?

Everyone’s body measurements are different depending on heights and body types. This is why we provide the measurements of the dress itself when it is laid flat on a table. We recommend that you compare these measurements with a dress you already own and that fits well to determine the best size. If you see that your body measurements are an exact match for the dress (fabric) measurements of a certain size please consider going up one size.

16. Do you have a physical store location?

No, at this time we do not have a physical store location. Ever-Pretty is an online only business.
